My mother’s passing she let the executor do what ever she pleases I hit the year before statements of her account when I clearly asked for her oasssinv year. She also put stuff in my moms permanent court records about me that were untrue and deformation of character was definatley successful. Plus many other thing my moms estate was never handle properly the accounting made no sense and never explained when questions just attitude from Jill and her staff. Now my sister has Passed an still she thinks I’m a joke when I ask why She has unclaimed monies when we were 50 50 benefits and received it all at the same time. She can’t even tell me where monies was from. Or look it up. Hire at you’re own risk for death and estate lawyer, unless you like being left in the dark by a lawyer who has no impathy and cares nothing more then the digits in her paycheck.Which cost me and my sister 15,000 dollars for a simple informal probate, when law states a “simple probate”should cost around 1500 dollars where does she justify what little she did costing 15,000 dollars, which by law me and my sister needed to sign an agree to her fees. That never happened. I am looking into reopening probate and having it all explained all the reciepts allocated for and much more. Also reporting to the Barr association, for lack of representation to my moms estate. It says all over internet red flags for probate and what lawyers watch for is executor having issues with heirs. She just believed lies and manipulation done by the executor of the estate which her job was to watch for these things not believe them. I’m no lawyer but I understand the internet is full of good information that the average person can understand, so please if you have been represented or plan to be represented beware and please post you’re feelings on representation let the world know.
