Just wanting to give a special shoutout to my accountant, Andy Nguyen, who goes so far above and beyond to make all the tricky accounting things easy peasy on my end. I've been working with Andy for a few years now and he is always organized, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about ways I can save money here and there. Additionally, he has a vast network of referrals (ie: HR Consultant, Small Business Attorney, etc.) who are also top notch. I met with one of the partners, and had a great conversation about my business in November of 2021. Then I followed-up multiple times with their company via phone and email, I received absolutely no response from December 2021 to February 2022.

I genuinely do not understand how this large of a company has such poor customer service. What a waste of my time.

It seems that the "word" of one of the partners at this firm does not mean anything, in addition to that, I never get a reply to my numerous emails about the timing of when the documents and reviews are going to be completed even though we had paid several thousand dollars upfront. And this was way before the COVID-19 pandemic.
