Reuben was quite instrumental in helping to design a replacement for a family cabin which was lost in 2018. The rebuild is currently happening, and it's coming together just as planned.

My experience with Land & Structure was EXTREMELY frustrating, and expensive. Our original quote, for the work requested, was $800. The job tripled in price before the job was even completed.

Land & Structure did not communicated changes that affected their original quote. We only learned of the alleged work when we received a bill.
L&S would not return phone calls, so it was necessary for me to drive to their office to get answers.
L&S did not meet their own schedule and again we were not notified of schedule changes.
