If we could give 0 stars, even below a zero I would.

We had a patient who had an appointment with our facility in December 2024. She was inappropriately dressed for the cold weather (28 degrees out and windy). She was sent in shorts, a t-shirt and crocs shoes with no socks. She said she was awoken from her sleep to be told let's go you have an appointment. She was sent to her appointment without breakfast hoping to get back in time for lunch or she said she would have to wait to dinner. She said no food is kept aside.

To further ensure the comfort and safety for the cold weather conditions we went to the emergency room to get her a blanket.

We called to find out a dose change for her medication and the person who answered the phone was very unpleasant and pretty much seemed like she was rushing us off the phone.

My friend who is there following a stroke has been treated with respect and kindness. The addition of an activity director has made a huge difference in socializing. She does complain about the cafeteria style food, but that is to be expected. I hope to end up in as good a place.

Absolutely horrible! They are rude & unprofessional! They left my dad in a wheelchair unattended after being warned he was a fall risk. Well, he fell. He already had a brain bleed and was on blood thinners! So back to the emergency room we go….

I'd give no stars if I could. My mom was sick over new years weekend. I wasn't notified until the following Wed. When she got to the hospital her Blood Sugar was 30.. they could of killed her. When she returned she was weak(and very ill) and couldn't feed herself. Was told by a cna that they couldn't feed her for they didn't have enough staff. When i was visiting I saw nobody doing rounds. They dehumanize by calling them sweety, honey, darling. I had to correct one that my mom hates it. Her name is..... a RN lied right to my face about medication. Not knowing I knew she was lying. The maintenance gal was so rude. The only good thing was the nurse Tracy

I hope to never have to be sent here! My mother in law needed help to use the rest room. She waited over an hour for someone to come. In the meantime, you can imagine what happened. Also, they are restricted to their rooms during meals. Overall, it's as if they are in jail. I would not send my worsy enemy there!

Absolutely horrible place. Know 2 people that have been there fairly recently. Some of the staff is mean - especially the black male CNA that works at night - they don't seem very well trained/knowledgeable, they don't have specific diets for diabetic or heart patients. Care is terrible. One of the people that I know actually got worse while they were there, left and ended up back in the hospital because their issues were not addressed at this place. I wouldn't send me worse enemy to this place.

My dad has been a resident here since January 2019. The care he has received has been been Top Notch!! The staff treat him with respect and help him maintain his dignity. I'm so thankful for all they do to keep my dad happy and comfortable!! Thank you Pam, Cindy, Chris, Laura, and all the staff for taking such excellent care of my dad!!

My Mother was there and now my friend is there. Terrible place to send your love ones. The care there is Terrible the staff is careless and unprofessional. They care less about someone's needs and get angry if someone needs there assistance. Steer clear of this place at any cost
