Excellent law firm for handling estates. I worked with a fantastic paralegal to settle a family estate. He guided me through doing most of the work myself which saved our family thousands in legal fees. Or you can hand the work over to them to do completely. They came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations.

I had an issue with the attorney my parents hired to do their estate planning and let her go shortly after my mom passed away. I had interviewed two other attorneys to take over the estate but wasn't real comfortable with them. Then my dad passed and I had to have an attorney to handle a sizable estate. I chose Rebecca Mackie at Kohls and Associates which was an excellent choice. I don't think I could have found anyone that was as personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was very fair and honest with billable hours (which was the issue I had with the previous attorney) and very reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend Rebecca for your Estate needs. Also talked and worked with Nicole and Tony at Kohls who were also very helpful so I'm sure everyone at Kohls & Associates has the same great work ethic.
