I'm a Long Time Saver at Kohler Credit Union and I've always enjoyed the personnel and their service at the Meijer Branch. I had the pleasure of working with Josh and Brock recently and both were outstanding. Thank you both.

While the teller staff are very friendly, I believe some are not trained very well. They be great for personal accounts, but for a business account that makes a monthly deposit with 12 to 24 checks it's terrible. Their check reader never seems to function correctly. Even though we always use a deposit slip with our account number on it they have made the deposit to a money market account in error. Nothing has changed in the past 5 years. Just poor service!

Staff are always helpful and accommodating. Went in looking at options in regards to getting some more out of our savings and worked with Kathryn. She was very knowledgeable of the products KCU offers and helped my wife an me go over some options based on our needs. Ended up moving our savings into another account that is getting us much more interest without it being locked into a CD.

Make sure you ask her about the toilet art on her lawn! 😄 Thanks again for the help Kathryn!

Kathryn Kellner was absolutely GREAT to work with! She was professional, very patient and understanding as I helped my aging parents with their account. I live in Minneapolis but if I ever relocate to the Sheboygan area I would open an account with Kohler Credit Union just based on my positive experience with Kathryn.

What a wonderful experience! Katheryn was approachable, professional, knowledgeable & made a typically daunting task, enjoyable. I was a little concerned about parting with my bank after so many years, but after interacting with and seeing the confidence & friendliness of the KCU members, I feel I can't go wrong. So far, the app is just as amazing & easy to use as my former.

If you're mulling things over, wondering if you should make the move from a bank to a credit union, you won't regret it. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. I can't wait to establish a relationship & see what new heights can be reached with KCU.
