I purchased my new ride. A 2024 kawasaki ridge limited. I worked with Skip. Went with kawasaki because of the 3 year warranty and all the options that the unit came with.

I recently purchased a zero turn lawnmower from Knowles. After getting it home I had a small mechanical issue. I called the salesman and a mechanic was at my house in under a hour. Fast and friendly customer service is rare nowadays. I would happily refer them to anyone.

I left a bad review in the past, I was being pretty Ignorant. I’ve learned a lot, and just remembered I left this review. I recently brought my v ride 2 there again, great experience, helpful, speedy repair, and nice guys. Even had a loaner turf tiger I could use for the week so I didn’t get behind on my 40 lawns. I would definitely go back sometime again.

I called and talk with Jeff about either renting or the purchase of a 8 foot ag-bag. Jeff told me that I would have to talk with Tom but he wouldn't be able to get back to me till morning. Which I was fine with and Jeff was polite. So I got a call from Tom the next morning and asked him about a purchase or rental of an 8 foot ag-bagger, he gave me a price for purchase but refused to rent it to me. I asked why I couldn't rent it and he said it was going out on a rental tomorrow. Then I said ok can I rent it after that he said no it was for customers only. Now I am confused. How can I become a customer if you won't let me rent a bagger? Tom said you can purchase it today but not rent it, so if I would've bought it then the person that was going to rent is SOL. At this point he is being rude and not professional in the least bit. So to sum it up if you want to be a customer of theirs, Tom doesn't want you as a customer. I have purchased parts and other supplies from them in the past so how am l not a customer.
