Positive: I do believe the owner is overall honest with business dealings because he didn't charge us for diagnostics.
Negative: he had questionable honesty on a personal level (he kept saying he tried to call to give updates, but there is NO record of any missed calls!)
There was overall poor communication on what was happening. He had my laptop for 2-3 weeks, said he had ordered parts, and promised my laptop would be ready on 3 different occasions (one of them being Christmas eve!). Often, he did not answer his phone and did not respond to my voicemail or texts. I had seriously begun to wonder if I would get my laptop back!
When we finally caught up with him in person at his shop, no work had been done (and apparently, no parts were ordered!). The estimated price of repairs kept going up (from $180 to over $500). In the end, my laptop was returned, and we were not charged.

great experience! took my laptop for broken screen, got it fixed right away! Affordable and then the guy who helped me was very kind and helpful! recommend to anyone in the 831 area for sure!

The cable management is very clean and the best in the industry even, overall amazing if you are a business owner and need installations done but the communication and how long you have to wait for a response as a regular customer who needs an electronic fixed isn’t the greatest. I’d still recommend if you are looking for any I.T. Work or repairs done

I believe he meant well but the problem is the lack of communication, and I at least got my refund before he started to ghost my calls. Took several months just for a battery change, in the end he just took the battery and never got a call back from him.
