I’ve had an awful experience living under King George Property Management. They are completely negligent, unresponsive, and do absolutely nothing to address serious tenant issues.
One of my neighbors (APT 2 of 5242 Cahuenga Blvd) constantly harassed me, smoked weed to the point that my entire apartment reeked, and even had me assaulted. On top of that, they frequently blocked my parking spot, making it nearly impossible to park in my assigned space.
I reported these issues multiple times to management, yet they refused to take action. They ignored my complaints and allowed this horrible behavior to continue unchecked. It's clear they don’t care about the well-being or safety of their tenants.
If you’re considering renting from King George Property, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company is a joke, and they will do nothing to help when you have serious problems with neighbors. Avoid them at all costs!

ILLEGAL ACTIONS!!!

This is my first review in 50 years! Let me start by saying that on the very first day of moving in, George immediately came with accusations, saying there should be no guests (even though the lease agreement states otherwise) and said no dogs were allowed, even though I have a service dog, which is illegal to prohibit. And it was my FISRT day at the house.

I am a person with disabilities, and I asked for the outdoor furniture to be removed as it was preventing me from setting up my medical equipment. The realtor never mentioned there would be this furniture, and before signing the lease, I had specifically requested for it to be removed. Afterward, I asked George several times, but got no response. I also asked George about the Wi-Fi, and only after two weeks did I receive an answer saying I needed to install it myself. However, when I reached out to the owner directly, the owner told me there was Wi-Fi in the house and gave me the password.

Additionally, George gave me false information regarding the lease agreement and the owner, which is illegal according to the law! He was rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I lived at my previous place for over 10 years and never encountered such treatment. This is discrimination against a person with a disability! I am shocked…
