After talking to 4 different realtors we decided on Kimball realty. Knowing nothing about them but a trusted friends recommendation and meeting them was our start. There are many reasons this was a great decision but here are a few, to me the most important thing about selling our home and buying is communication. They are EXTREMELY fast in response to us in calling us back or answering questions, this is very important to us, new house on the market comes up we call them and they set a appointment for us to go see it immediately. They are always early for any appointment and even though they had other clients I always felt like we were their priority. They are honest and realistic and do not overpromise anything. I would not hesitate using their services again in the future and would recommend them over any big box realtors in the area. Last thing, don’t even get me started about the house warming gift of the limited edition Kimball realtors coffee mugs!!!

Kimball Realtors did a great job selling our house in Sauk County! They did research before meeting with us, finding comps and coming up with a plan. They also provided us with practical no-nonsense advice when touring our house, telling us what should be fixed/painted/etc. We talked about creating a plan to sell the house, and making sure the photographs were just right for the listing. They did a great job with the negotiations to get us a good selling price as well as a good buying price for our new home!!
