Kim and Brandon are AMAZING! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I've had with everyone associated with Kim Colby Homes! I cannot say enough good things about Kim Colby Homes (Kim and Tom). My family and I moved to Wisconsin back in 2020 and when we were ready to move out of our apartment, we were so grateful for the help of Kim Colby Homes. Tom was our right hand man, always just a text or call away. He and Kim made the house hunting process enjoyable and painless, always keeping in touch with us throughout our search and offering help when needed. When we found our dream home, Tom was able to negotiate with the seller's agent and get us an excepted offer. Tom and Kim got us into our home, where we have been living happily ever since. They are truly amazing people and are fantastic with their customers. They're like family to us and we know that our business is appreciated, as they spend the entire year doing thoughtful things for their customers. Kim gets it done. She is very proactive, skilled & knowledgeable. I have worked with Kim more than once & plan to work with her again in the future! Kim & Tom truly work hard to help the process be less stressful and to ensure their client(s) are happy. Kim and her team are very responsive, pay attention to facts, details, and keep their client(s) in the know as well as make sure the entire process is understood clearly. Kim is like no other and is a family oriented realtor, and you will rarely find that in a realtor Kim understood the assignment 🙂
