Ellen is such a pleasure to work with! She has been doing my wife's taxes for years; always straightforward, no problems. I do my own taxes, but this year I had to do a new form and the instructions didn't make sense. I did my best, then boiled my concerns down to a question for Ellen. Ellen prepared our complicated personal and business taxes for the past couple of years. Each year we had different complexities involved but Ellen made the whole process painless and stress-free. Ellen is very responsive by phone and email and always would return my call the same day. She was very detail-oriented and diligent. She also helped us save $900 in credits for one of our tax returns. She is very experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of tax law. Even after we filed, we needed some additional tax advice. I had a great experience working with Ellen from Keystone Tax and Accounting. Ellen is very professional and knowledgeable. I usually prepare my family tax return on my own. This year, however, we received a tax notice from the IRS, requesting additional payment for the 2016 tax year (the payment was substantial for our family budget). I decided to reach out for professional help, as this is not something I am familiar with. Ellen helped us prepare the letter-response to the IRS defending our 2016 tax return. In due course we received a letter from the IRS, stating that our case is closed and we owe $0. We were pleased with the result and we enjoyed working with Ellen, as she made the process very easy for us.
