You guys need to stop believing those that lie and start enforcing things better especially those that live around liars using your services. People have no need to have personal choice if laws are being broken by the individual. If the individual is unable to care for themselves in their homes, why does neighbors have to deal with their choices? Individuals have aides from the agencies provided to them to appropriately give care like appropriately document the refusal.

We all have to abide by the rules and laws given to us as we are not above the laws. It ain't right one disabled and getting care from aides to expose minors accidentally or intentionally as that is serious matter and not a joking matter due to the fact it creates unnecessary trauma to a individual. You both are on same page as law enforcement that thinks this is acceptable as it can be avoided now accident or intentional as called wear appropriate garments or place blanket to avoid exposure now. There is video out in public of a man doing this like breaking laws because he thinks that he is above the laws saying to us he can do what he wants as no one will arrest a man in wheelchair or place him in assisted living where he belongs there to get the services he needs now due to the matter individual isn't properly taking care of himself. Neighbors are concerned enough to follow up on report like leave this review.

There is no need to give choices to their care if they refuse their caregivers to do their jobs properly. You all need to takes this job more seriously as people should not have to complain on members getting services. It is against the law to improperly expose yourself as there is undergarments like incontinence AVAL to the disabled individual. Just because it's their choice to not wear proper clothing doesn't mean trauma and laws should be broken like done. We choice to live where we do although this man shouldn't be neglected care and should be getting proper care with services provided to individual. Lying on government forms is also against the laws to gain services as one answers speaking the truth now.

And by the lack of concern and seeing the truth, my neighbor passed away due to myself and his ex girlfriend placing in a report to adult protective services because he was sick and definitely overlooked as he died from a heart attack, stroke, massive blood clot and possibly pneumonia as if you all looked at him and took seriously with this report you would have seen warning signs he was sick now like discolored skin which means lack of blood flow somewhere. You would have seen him reposition himself constantly in his wheelchair because his wheelchair was dysfunctional and creating unnecessary pain although he reported it himself but what was done? His aides definitely needed to be reported because hopefully they documented appropriately as one reason why we called was due to their lack of care given to him as takes longer then twenty minutes to care for a wheelchair bound man.

I worked with an employee for over a year on a disability case, I called one day to speak with her and she was no longer employed there. Nobody else to assign me to, and no other help offered, I was completely blindsided and left with no representation, or help with my case whatsoever. When asked to speak with supervisor, she basically said there was nothing they could do about it and I was on my own. Now it is time to present my case in front of a judge and I have no idea what to do or say or how to represent myself seeing that I'm disabled and cannot speak in front of people due to my mouth cancer surgery, leaving me very hard to communicate and and even harder for people to understand what I'm saying. This resource center ruined my chances of keeping my ssdi benefits. And now I'm homeless and have no income. These people have no hearts and pushed me to the sidelines after promising to be by my side throughout my appeal. Useless....do not rely on this resource center. You could be the next person in my shoes. I only gave them one star bcuz i had to in order to post this review....but they do not deserve even one star....if there was a choice to give them negative 5 stars, that would be my opinion.
