I recommend for you to take your car there if you are having any trouble. The people are absolutely nice and good customer service. I thought no one would be able to fix my Ford Fusion because it didn’t have a reservoir. I don’t know how ,but Kieth’s Automotive was able to find a part and fix it with in a week. I totally recommend and for a cheap price too!

It has been since FEBRUARY that they have had my bronco, and still have not fixed it. Or found out what’s wrong with it!! I call all the time and I get nothing! If I could leave a 0 I would. When they do answer it’s the run around. Having it picked up Monday. They are NO GOOD

So far so good. Ford dealer for a lead frame replacement in the transmission gave me estimate of $2,200 , transmission shop in Florence gave me estimate of $1,200 with wait of 3 months b4 truck could be gotten to for the repair & parts & Keith’s automotive has said they will begin work on the truck tomorrow & have the lead frame in stock and for parts plus labor will be $752. I’m dropping truck off now and will see how it goes.

Have been coming to this shop for around probably close to around 20 years now. Never had an issue they couldn't fix. Reasonable prices for vehicle repair. Very friendly staff. The owner (also one of the mechanics) is one of the nicest people I know. Also one of the best mechanics I know. I've never personally had a single issue with this place nor have I honestly ever heard anyone else have a negative thing to say about this shop. If your in need of any kind of vehicle repair in the Russellville area you will not be disappointed that you came here.

Took our 2005 Chevrolet Equinox to them to repair a not start issue due to serpentine belt breaking during a drive. Customer service was excellent ?. We were called with pricing and options for a fix throughout our repair. Some unforeseen issues arose and we were alerted and told what our options were and the price to repair . We got it back within the week, so VERY fast service, quick turnaround, with quality service provided. A little bit pricey , but it's what you pay for excellent service. Thank you so much! Will use again for mechanical issues I know nothing about.

took my car to them with timing issues and they told me a new distributor would fix the issue. I went in with 8 cylinders running poorly and came out with a 2 cylinder. Which was running even poorer! they over charged and were very rude. stating that they were doing it correctly that I was just "hearing things" Ontop of all of this bad quality work, they took over 2 months to do it. my car was in their shop for half of the year.
