We had a fantastic experience working with Dave from KD Environmental for the blower door test required to obtain our CO for a newly constructed home. From the very beginning, Dave was highly responsive, professional, and thorough. He provided a clear explanation of the process, sent over detailed documentation, and asked us all the right questions—which gave us confidence that he truly knew what he was doing and was taking the job seriously.

He arrived right on time, came fully prepared, and carried out the test diligently and efficiently. What stood out most was how seamless and stress-free the entire experience was—something we can’t say for many other parts of our construction process. Dave’s professionalism, respectful manner, and attention to detail really set him apart.
