We hired Kelly to help with college planning and she was amazing. The process just seem to be too much for my husband and I and Kelly jumped right in with my daughter on planning, researching and the entire application process. . The great thing is she makes the student take the "reins" and own the process. We even had a little glitch with a social security number being transposed on one application and Kelly jumped in to help my frantic daughter in correcting the mistake. I would highly recommend hiring Kelly . Just takes all the pressure off the parents. Also, my daughter got into almost every school she applied to and I truly believe that Kelly's help made that happen.

Kelly was thorough and informative from the start of the college process all the way through to the final decision. She took a lot of time with my son coming up with a list of colleges, then refining it, explaining the application process, brainstorming essay topics and proofreading his essay, and helping him compare his final options. She was always available if I, as a parent, had questions. She was always available when my son had questions or needed advice. I will refer all our friends!

First off, the process of selecting colleges, applying, writing essays etc., is a lot of work. There was no way my son and I were going to work well together and there were a lot of questions I couldn't answer. It was wonderful to be just a Mom and not a college advisor with my son. Kelly took the reign and led my son down the path, keeping him on track, and reviewing his work. A college that we felt we could never afford ended up giving us academic award and grants. We couldn't be happier with this result. I highly recommend Kelly, KC College Consulting.
