Absolutely incompetent law office. I would not recommend them unless you want a routine court case (in which they told me was clearly black and white and it wouldn’t be an issue to enforce the current court order) to drag on for two year. You will be charged WELL OVER DOUBLE what you were quoted. Be prepared for lack of communication. I emailed and called time after time. The gentleman at the reception desk even confirming that this is a poor way to do business. I received rude and intimidating e-mails from the firm owner trying to demand more money because his attorney, Kathy, did not complete the process. I was told twice that their “system” was down for a week and they “lost all the emails” and are so “far behind”. It was the most ridiculous group of people I’ve ever come in contact with. This review sounds harsh, but I have saved e-mails which I will gladly share and provide documentation on the lack of accountability for their unprofessional actions. Do yourself a favor and find a different firm. You’d be better off representing yourself. An acquaintance in the judicial system said this situation is very flawed! I will considered connecting the Office of Lawyer Regulation.

We were from out of state and had a couple of questions for a court case. Armand provided great advice for us even though we were a last minute walk-in, with only a couple of hours before our case. Despite us being that dreaded last minute drop-in he was very friendly and promptly attended to all our questions.

Lmao I called this law office here in the town I live in!! just to see what they would say, and they told me that they wouldn’t touch my civil rights case with a 10 foot pole because of politics right now, and then he told me good luck finding someone to take my case. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM. People like this, that have the power to change things and don’t, is what is wrong with this country.
