I called KB Daniel Company and was able to get a consultation the next day. When I spoke with Ken, Sr. regarding my issue he was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He had a recommended plan of action, but also gave me options and listened to my concerns. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Ken Jr. and the entire team were extremely helpful in assisting with filing my taxes. They were very communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. I was extremely impressed with their online portal; it proved to be well organized and user friendly. I recieved excellent advice on how to decrease my tax liability and Ken Jr. managed to save me even more than I originally thought. I highly recommend using their services if you need assistance with more than just basic tax filings. Thanks again!

I hired Mr. Daniels and Company to prep my 2021 taxes. I paid my deposit and downloaded all the information the first week of March. I emailed the company on 3/28 for an update and got a response the next day stating someone would contact me. I emailed again on 4/4 and 4/7 asking for an update. Mr. Daniels personally called me on 4/7 stating he would have the taxes done that day. I still hadn't received any notification of my taxes being prepped, so I emailed again on 4/12. By 4/16, I still hadn't received an update, so I completed my own taxes online two days before they were due on 4/18. The morning of 4/18 (literally the day taxes were due), I got a message from Mr. Daniels that he finished prepping the taxes and I needed to sign for e-filing. It ended up costing me twice as much as it should have in the end. The lacking of communication is utterly unprofessional and would not recommend. It's not worth the headache.

Update: the company made good contact after the taxes were prepped via phone, email, and text. They graciously offered a refund and received it within minutes after the offer.

We signed up with this company recently, and paid even more than he asked to get started. They were unresponsive to multiple emails and texts asking if any taxes were due. Turns out we had a tax return due while waiting on a response from them. We ended up having to do it ourselves. Poor service and communication.

Update: His assistant Kalisha tried to threaten us for posting our honest experience by threatening to call their lawyer. Also the assistant has it wrong, because we didn't receive any communication we asked for a refund.

The next day we spoke to Ken, the owner, who said that he had a conversation with his assistant about her inappropriate responses and texts. We also received a full refund.

Tax Season is known to be a pain, but at K. B. Daniel Company it's the complete opposite! I have been doing my taxes with this company for years and have enjoyed each experience.
