I have been coming to Judy and Armando to file my taxes and get any notary done for the past 10+ years. I highly recommend and will continue to recommend this place to others! They are an amazing small family business that really cares about their clients and tries to help all in anyway they can. I felt the need to write a review because they truly deserve 5 stars and since the majority of their clients are older and aren’t online per se, I don’t want those negative reviews to affect how people see this amazing company. In addition, both Judy and Armando are extremely knowledgeable and are always up to date on all the tax codes and laws; thankful to have such trustworthy tax preparers that I can always rely on.

Been coming here since 2015 and very disappointed with the service this year. They decided this year they want to charge $160 to file taxes when ever other year it's been under $100, when asked why they simply said it was because I was "filing late", mind you the deadline is July 15. I just personally think it's very selfish of them since we are in the middle of a pandemic and alot of people are struggling including myself to make ends meet. Will not be returning next year and I encourage everyone to file on your own or else where (turbo tax). Turbo tax also saves your information from the previous year which you have access to at any time and at no cost, makes filing much easier. Which is another problem I had with this business.. I called them to ask for my AGI from the previous year to file my own but as soon as the lady realized I won't be filing with them she simply said she did not have time to look into my file, and it would cost $10 for a copy when I've gotten it before from them at no cost. Ridiculous.. in the end it was a hassle so I ended up filing anyways since they have all my information from previous years but i will be prepared the upcoming year and take my business elsewhere.
