They were very patient with us through the process with the insurance, as well as explaining things our insurance wouldn't. Joe was very up front with the process, estimates and such. I called 911 Restoration for 3 handyman-type jobs: to change an outside door, put bars over a window for security, and a furniture repair. Joe Parra, the project manager, came out to discuss the jobs. He was punctual and told me immediately the chair repair was not something they could do. He made a recommendation of someone who might be able to help. He discussed the door and window with me at length, telling me my different options. He would not take on the jobs himself, but he gave my info to two of his employees to do as a side job on their own time.
They also arrived at my house on time, and once the jobs were agreed on, went out to get the materials (door, door knob, etc.). There was a slight problem getting what we needed, and they did not hesitate to call me about it. They returned quickly, not taking an exorbitant amount of time to buy what was necessary, and did the work efficiently, cleaning up the work area when they were done.
I was very satisfied with all parties concerned. They told me what they could and could not do, made recommendations, were professional, efficient and did a good job. I would not hesitate to call 911 Restoration again and recommend them highly.

My inlaws house caught on fire well the insurance hooked up 911 restoration with the job joe promised my mother in law the world never came through with nothing the floors are very un even i mean my family is tired of calling this dude even tho its his job since house is under warranty its like dvery week we find something wrong if joe would have been more hands on with his crew i dont think they would have slacked so much but its truly a disapointment ur mother in law saysthis doesnt feel like home u are only as good as your crew lets you be i would never recomend this company to anybody
