They did my tax preparation last year. After getting the refund from IRS, I check my transcription in IRS website. I can not believe it! They put their account number in my Tax return file and split my tax return. So they got more than $1000.00 of my tax return without informing me. When I call and ask them what is this mistake, they did not accept their fault for 4 months!! They did exactly the same with my friend for more than one year!
I have a suggestion for TAX return clients: Check your Tax return transcription from IRS website and check your total amount that IRS should pay you. It's a very easy and simple process. Make sure that there is only one account number in the document for receiving money from IRS and they did not possess your own money without informing you. If you have any question send me an email to inform you how you can check your Transcription from IRS yourself.
