How have these folks not been taken to court or shut down? I have had to call to receive the bills, called to verify payments, called to dispute late fees after I verified the payments, and gotten different info each time I call. And that’s just for the sewage. I also have had them call and say my local taxes weren’t submitted (spoiler alert, they were, they just lost them… but don’t worry, they found them, and didn’t apologize). It’s as if they want people to lose their income or their house. I don’t get it. How is this company still able to be open!!!!!?
