Ordered from them on the 21st thru a 3rd party. Jmf told them it would be shipped out by the 25th and be at their store by today (the 4th). 3rd party called jmf to have them only apologize and say it hasn't even been shipped yet and they would get it out by today or tmrw.

We have our own customers relying on us! This is not acceptable for your shipment to be handled in such a way. We have sense cancelled our order and will not be buying anything from you personally again.
