Diego and I have worked together for over a year now. I am a loan officer at Santa Cruz Community Credit Union. We specialize in mobile home lending. When he first reached out to me with his first clients which happened to be his parents, he disclosed that he was a new realtor and welcomed any education that I could pass along to him as mobile home lending is a bit different than a traditional home purchase. I can't say enough good things about Diego. His communication is top notch. He works with buyers both English and Spanish speaking. He will do whatever he needs to do to get people into their new homes. He will drive around town collecting documents, escorting them to open up the required membership here @ SCCCU, meet inspectors, negotiate a fair price, help with getting insurance quotes, etc.. he will never say "that isn't my job", he has a team spirit attitude. He is always kind and patient, if he doesn't know the answer, he will find it. He works with other real estate professionals that have taken him under their wings to mentor. His purchase contracts are always clean and professional. I have referred people that are looking for a realtor to him. I have an immense amount of trust in him and respect for him.
