It should be nostars as I have yet to see or hear from Mr. Beecher. I had an appointment on March 10 as a new client. It is April 19. I cancelled that appointment because my daughter had been exposed to COVID 19, had mild symptoms, but had not been able to get tested, and I had been exposed to her. I was not living with her and while she was quarantined, I did not have to be, but I cancelled anyway not wanting to possibly expose those in the office. Instead, I dropped my tax information at their door (did not enter) the day before and requested a phone meeting instead of the scheduled appointment. I thought I would hear from Mr. Beecher the next day at my scheduled time, especially because I was a new client. I heard nothing, so I called two weeks later and was only told the returns get done in the order in which they come and Mr. Beecher was not in the office. I called again last week, now more than a month later, with a question I needed to ask him that might affect the return. I was told he would call. Still waiting and I don't know anything. Even the office staff sounds numb when you speak with them.
I've used only two accountants spanning several decades, but NEVER had this lack of response and lack of information. I even learned that they had one of my two phone numbers wrong. No doubt I gave them the correct number. I do know it.

We’ve been a client for 10+ years. The last couple years the responsiveness has dropped to nothing. We send multiple phone calls and emails with absolutely no response.
They have seriously hurt our business by missing every deadline we’ve had I the last two years. Stay clear of this company. They clearly have no interest in customer service any longer.
