John provided excellent training on how to build and deliver effective presentations as well as techniques on how to keep your audience engaged. John does a great job of keeping everyone in the group included. Really helped changed my mindset from "having to present" in front of a group to "getting to present" in front of a group!

I LOVED the facilitation skills class I took! This class had tons of strategies, tips, and tricks to make training fun, engaging, and EFFECTIVE! I've delivered some boring training in the past and this class will make sure my employees aren't falling asleep in training ever again....yay! I feel much more confident leading and training after having spent the day with John. He is an awesome trainer and extremely knowledgeable on the topic, I can tell he has a LOT of REAL experience doing this so it makes the class that much better.
