Matt was very knowledgeable about North Tahoe neighborhoods and good at evaluating pros and cons of the houses we considered. He is very responsive, patient, and thoughtful. When we found the house we were looking for, Matt and the team (including Jennifer Grant and Kelly Fraser) helped us navigate through a successful offer and closing. Matt also went above and beyond by continuing to provide advice post-closing on renovations and setting us up with the right contractors.

They were always on top of things, never missing a detail. We always knew exactly what was going on, too, since they constantly kept us up to date every step of the way.

Matt and Jamie, along with Jessie Gortikov and Jennifer Grant, did an excellent job of arranging for inspections, repairs, defensive space work, and so on, using their reliable network of folks in the Tahoe area to ensure that everything was done on (or ahead of) time and done well. Since we live in the San Diego area now, this was a tremendous help to us.

My (now ex-) wife and I sold our home in Tahoe while we were towards the end of our very contentious divorce. I know this made the process of selling our home much more difficult for them (to say the least), but Jamie and Matt were always very patient and flexible, and they came up with ideas to help resolve issues caused by this situation that threatened to derail the sale.
