We really liked James after meeting him for the first time. He was genuine and humble. He was also very honest - not sugar coating anything, but staying positive and realistically optimistic.

James is hard working. We talked to him on the phone in the evenings and weekends dozens of times throughout the process, and he was always willing to help, chat, clarify, and strategize - in a moment's notice. He always proactively reached out to listing agents to get a sense of the situation, and always came back with very useful ideas and pieces of knowledge which made us more competitive.

This current housing market was very frustrating, but James was always on the ball, ready in an instant to schedule viewings, review listings, introduce us to high quality professionals, submit offers, and negotiate on our behalf. This readiness and organized nature is absolutely key in a market where sellers accept offers within a few days of listing, and we genuinely feel sorry for buyers who don't have an agent as competent as James.

We eventually decided on Long Beach, which meant that James had to drive for an hour each way on weekends to show us properties we wanted to see. His dedication is incredible. And it paid off big time. We are very happy with the property we purchased. It was a reach for us, and we got it!

There were many complicated factors involved in our home buying process as we had just had our second child and were looking to relocate from SF to LA in 2021. James was patient throughout our entire journey finding the perfect home for our family. We knew exactly what we wanted and although it took a year to find, James was with us every step of the way. Sunday - James coordinated a private showing for us with the agent to get a second look. Monday morning at 9am we submitted our offer and by 10:45am the same day our offer had been accepted. The seller didn't even counter offer. Not only that, we were able to close escrow within 21 days with James guiding us through the process every step of the way.
