When it comes to working with James, we know that he is on top of all of the details - whether to coordinate getting us into the property, or to ensure that payments are received after the work has been done. Further, we realize that in our occupation, we bid out a lot of work that may not be picked up, but we do many, many bids for real estate agents who only need the information for their legal documents - infrequently earning the opportunity from their client to do the work itself. We appreciate that James brings us in for more than just the documentation, and that we have completed several projects of various sizes with him. Our office enjoys working with James because he always brings a friendly voice to the day, and a positive attitude to any situation. If how a person does SOME things is reflective of how they do ALL things, then we can confidently suggest that any client looking for a reliable Real Estate Agent who will make sure every last detail of their home buying/selling transaction will be taken care of, should give James the opportunity to go to work for them.
