Jalada - Accounting and Tax -

We were super excited to work with Jalada because the owner was very nice and seemed to want to help us grow our business. As the months passed, we didn't feel like they were doing anything. We had to keep reminding them to get work done and to keep up with our taxes. We paid $450 a month so we were hoping that we would be stress-free about the accounting side of our business but that was the only stressful part. I would get letters from the state saying we were late in filing our taxes and when I would ask Jalada about it they always blamed their system or they would say they didn't know. This was frustrating because they should be on top of it and make sure everything goes through on time. I do not recommend Jalada to anyone unless you want to be more stressed out with taxes.
