I used Jackie as my real estate agent for a home purchase. While she did a great job in showcasing houses and being flexible with house showings, I couldn't help but to feel the relationship was very much transactional. I feel like she did a little above the minimum to get the transaction processed.

She promised a home purchase gift but in the end, I never received it. Although it was nice gesture and not all required in the real estate world (having worked with other agents before), it still honed in on the lack of customer satisfaction.

Besides that, she is very knowledgeable in her field and is a reliable real estate agent.
