We met with Igor to explain what our problems were in terms of internet cybersecurity. He was very patient and listened to our concerns, asked some questions to get a better idea of what we needed and wanted to accomplish. Lost power in our building and our network went offline. Our current IT guy could not solve the problem after days of trying. I called Igor at ITFirm. After an hour on the phone and in my system he had diagnosed the problem. Two days later he spent barely 40 minutes in our office and had the problem fixed and the network back up and running. I had dealt with Igor at a different business I worked at and always found his work to be top notch, was happy to see that hadn't changed in the slightest. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
