Awesome Gastro doctor! Dr. Noel is incredible. The receptionist (Donna) is the only BAD thing about this place., Such an angry, unfriendly person to put at the forefront of your practice. She answers the phone like she doesn't want to and getting any kind of help from her is like pulling teeth! Do your best to avoid her and her attitude and your experience should be awesome!

Dr. Jean Atallah, is nothing short of amazing, she made the whole process smooth, very knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed, answered all my questions, gave me really good advice, along with my prescription. What a gem 💎 thanks!

Love the doctor, but it’s very upsetting when you saw a doctor and cannot contact him. The office told me that because I have not seen him in 6 months I cannot ask him a question and I would have to book an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. If you would like to rectify this situation please call me, as my contact information is in your system.

Had to help my uncle make an appointment here and the staff were super friendly! I'm pretty sure the lady on the phone said her name was Kim, I could be wrong, but either way she was so helpful with getting the appointment scheduled and helped answer our list of questions!

Dr Sorbi is great. Very thorough. Never rushed. Never an extreme wait like other doctors. I’ve been a patient for 4 years and it’s always been consistent. The whole office from top to bottom is professional and friendly. Other doctors and offices should use them as a model!!!

Professional and caring staff that are on top of their game and take pride in their work. From the moment I walked into this office I was welcomed by the courteous staff that confirmed my appointment for which I had a minimal wait. The nurse that took my vitals and recorded my information was courteous, friendly and professional. My physician Dr DiSanti is very caring, professional, did not rush me, addressed all my concerns and provided me with additional information relevant to my health.

The staff that answers the phone at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. When I asked about a telehealth visit option, the woman on the phone got very nasty with me and said they don’t do it (It’s fine that they don’t do it, but her attitude is uncalled for). It’s impossible to get an appointment. My doctor only works mornings and when I go in for an appointment it takes over an hour to be seen, making me have to take half days off work, once for the procedure and then again just to talk with the doctor for 5 minutes to get results. I’ve been vomiting for over 3 months with no clear reason and it took 2 months just to be seen for an initial appt.
