Totally impressed with the customer service. My husband and I left our bike outside for a few years because we had no room in our shed. It was rustic and totally worn out. I almost had the trash men take it.

One day I visited Irwindale Cycle to meet a friend who bought a BIANCHI there because I was shopping for a new bike. Long story short, on of the owners Norma encouraged me to bring my bike in and said she will make it good as new. Her advise is for me to practice in my old bike before buying a new one to give me time to decide the type of bike I really want since my friend and I were thinking of upgrading. So I went back a couple of days later. Norma said to come back in a week. Lo and behold, when I saw my bike I did not recognized it.... lol!

Today, I am loving my bike, training for a future virtual fun race and researching which next bike to purchase. But one thing for sure, My husband and I are keeping our oldies which we purchased back 20 years ago.

My bike tire repair was quick and < 10 minutes for me and a friend. Repairs for regular tires are ~$15 including labor. They were very nice and friendly!

Went in, needed pedals and rear tire, Walter the store owner was there and he helped me out, shared valuable information about sizing the bike to my body's proportions did some labor for very little money, overall it was a great experience and I look forward to coming in and fixing an other bike. thank you

I give this place 5 stars they really know what they are doing very knowledgeable at corrected me on bad advice that other cycling shops gave . They gained a new client & friend and I will be doing weekly cycling with the owner and team

I went to buy brake pads for my bicycle. They said they are so busy they couldn't take a look at my bicycle to see which brake pads would fit. There were no other customers in the store. I will never come here again. Not helpful at all, worst customer service. I was trying to support local shops but now I understand why I should just purchase all my bicycle parts online. I bicycled 2 miles to support my local bicycle shop but I was sadly mistaken. This is not a friendly or helpful shop at all. I just wanted to buy some brake pads but they were too busy to help me. That's crazy...

I don't usually leave reviews at bike shops because of issues in the past. But i am genuinely leaving a 10 star review if i could. This past Saturday i went on a 75 mile bike ride. Around our 40th mile i spokes where falling off my bike. We found the nearest bike shop for last minute repairs. Unfortunately we made 1 hour before they closed. The mechanic said he was going to need 2 hours to work on my issue. But they were closing in an hour. I was still 30 miles away from home. The mechanic felt my pain and made some adjustments just to barely make it home. He did the best job ever. I never thought i would get serviced. Thank you so much mechanic. I forgot his name. But i appreciate Everything about you taking in my bike. Also the customer service from Norma was excellent. Kept us laughing and smiling while we waited. Very kind people. You will see me sooon very very soon!! I highly recommend this location for bike purchases and repairs!
