Please, be human and be caring!!
The bus service is not reliable and causing pain.

Small and decent. Water available but cold.
Most of the time, INV has cold temperature. A glass of warn water will help a lot of people.
I wonder if INV airport has some seat that are not metal or with some insulating cushion for back problem.
I am glad to see recent improvement (Nov 2024) :
1. Charging station for 13A or USB.
2. WIFI connection improved a lot with approximately over 100mbps.
3. Bus route information available inside the airport. Passengers no longer need to suffer from freezing waiting for bus. I am one of those freeze to death before.
4. The bus route/timing are more more more more punctual and reliable. I am one of those who missed several bus routes before and stand in cold temperature for hour for another bus (several time) .

It's a quiet airport with lots of staff that are keen to do a good job. Expect a thorough search at security. Ensure your bag fits in the cradle for on board carry as it's costly if it doesn't fit.

Love this small airport. Clearly marked, no fancy thrills and no mobs of people to navigate through. Information staff was friendly and answered our question. Toilets were clean, nothing fancy but functional! We walked out and took a taxi to our hotel in Nairn. Would use this airport again.

I really like small airports and this is one of the best. All the staff are really friendly and ready to help. There's a good selection of food and drink on both sides of security, and there are massive windows so you can see the runway.

Not a little bad airport, always travel from here when leaving Scotland. It has both bus and rail links and very easy to reach by road. The one thing I really hate is that they hurry you through to departures where there is no seating and everyone is crammed in like sardines. However on the positive side, the airport is very efficient and there is no messing around, baggage is quick, security is quick and there is hire car desks to get you moving quick.

I much prefer Inverness to Aberdeen. The only reason I marked down is due to the lack of seating and shopping in departures. However, this is minor to the positive service element.
