I truly don't even know where to begin! Intertwined Events was hands down the BEST investment I made in my wedding planning process. Specifically, Mia Patience, was the number one reason why my wedding journey/ wedding day was the most seamless and special day of my life!! Mia planned our October wedding in San Juan Capistrano and being that my husband and I are out-of-state, we never had a worry about having to plan a wedding from a few states away because Mia took care of it all!! From start to finish, she genuinely understood the vision for what I wanted in my wedding and her attention to detail and patience with me made this whole experience so enjoyable. There was never a point in the planning process where I had to worry because Mia took care of every single detail, was so incredibly organized, and went above and beyond my expectations! She thoughtfully curated my wedding exactly how I described and executed it perfectly where it just felt so personal & meaningful! I had my entire family along with guests coming up to me saying how amazing she was (not surprised)!!! We are eternally grateful for Mia and all of Intertwined Events for giving us our dream wedding! I'll say it again, but this was without a doubt the best investment we have ever made and I couldn't recommend them enough!!! A HUGE thank you to Mia and Intertwined Events!

It’s hard to find words for how awesome Katie and Intertwined Events were for us. We hired Katie as a full-service planner for our winter wedding in the Colorado mountains, and she totally delivered! Katie was such a pleasure to work with throughout the year that we planned—she was funny, thoughtful, sweet, and focused. She also took our vision for the wedding and found the best vendors to make that vision a reality. There were some communication issues with some vendors, and Katie navigated them like a pro. I’m sure it was incredibly frustrating, but she was always upbeat and positive with us, and we trusted her to get us through any bumps in the road. Wedding planning can be very stressful, but Katie and her team helped take so much of that stress away from us!

Everything came together so beautifully for our welcome party, wedding, and Sunday brunch. It snowed the whole weekend, which I’m sure caused difficulties for deliveries and setup, but Katie and Amy gracefully handled everything so that the schedule ran smoothly. I am so grateful for all the hard work they put into not only designing our perfect cozy winter getaway, but also navigating tricky situations with other vendors and the weather.

Being an Orange County based company, Intertwined Events does a lot of gorgeous SoCal weddings, but they can pull off anything. A snowy mountain wedding is pretty different from a sunny, coastal California one, but Katie totally nailed our vibes. Our family and friends still talk about how beautiful and cozy our wedding was. We even had venue staff comment to us how much our decor stood out to them. I honestly can’t thank Katie enough—our wedding was exactly what we dreamed of, and it was all down to her hard work. If you’re thinking about hiring them, whether your wedding is in Orange County or somewhere else, you will not be disappointed!! Hiring Katie was the best decision we could have made.

We cannot recommend Intertwined Events enough!!! Kelsey planned our wedding in Santa Barbara, and it was an absolute dream come true! Kelsey was extremely organized, and executed the design we wanted perfectly. The entire process was so fun because of Kelsey's attention to detail and communication. The day of was very smooth and we were not stressed at all because we knew Kelsey and the team had everything covered. The entire experience with Intertwined Events was 5 stars!

Katie was a LIFESAVER! My original planning company went abruptly bankrupt/out of business just 3 months before our wedding. Katie and her team graciously offered their services to pick up the pieces and finish the planning process despite them not being our original planner. They not only picked up the pieces of a total mess but improved on everything and brought a whole new and BETTER vision to the design and logistics. She caught so many mistakes and other problem areas and fixed everything. It was the best day ever and was entirely stress-free with Katie and her team handling every detail. Kelsey, Katie, Meghan and the team at Intertwined were wonderful to work with. We planned a Southern California wedding from overseas in London which had many challenges. We were so grateful to have Intertwined as our planners, keeping everything moving on the ground while we were 8 hours ahead (usually sleeping!). I’m not very type A, which caught up with me in the weeks leading up to the wedding - but I knew not to stress because Kelsey had everything figured out and solved. I would message her - what about x, what about y? And the response was the same - don’t worry, already solved. They were also an incredible design resource and took my ideas and mood boards and honed it to make it a beautiful cohesive vision. We had many last minute changes, and Kelsey and her team knew exactly how to respond and role with the punches. Planning a wedding is hard when you have other work + life responsibilities - I highly recommend working with Intertwined to make the process more enjoyable and easier.

I don’t even know where to begin, working with Intertwined and my planner, Kelsey Desprez was hands down the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. From the start, Kelsey was attentive, open, and warm. I'm honestly pretty type A but on my wedding day, I felt so calm in trusting Kelsey and her team to make sure everything went perfectly. I went back and forth on the vision I had for my wedding, and the Intertwined Team was so patient with me and walked me through all decisions to make sure I ended up with the most dreamy, gorgeous day. We even had a moment where we thought of moving our wedding overseas and Intertwined wasted no time in making sure we had quotes for those options too! Even after planning a wedding in California for months. We ended up having our wedding in SoCal as planned and it was phenomenal. Kelsey was available to me whenever I needed her, created a stunning design from the inspo pics and description I was thinking for my big day and then worked closely with her team and myself to turn it into reality. Kelsey also made sure we were within a budget that we were comfortable with and helped with any last minute changes along the way. I truly cannot say enough amazing things, this team is so incredible, focused, detailed-oriented, and communicative. I know wedding planners can be an expense, but it was SO SO worth it to have my day go so perfectly. The design ended up being more than I could have ever wanted and we got so many compliments. If you are thinking of hiring the Intertwined Team, do it!! You will not regret it.
