First, I want to express that after reading many positive reviews, I had hoped to add a good review myself. However, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others consider their options carefully.

In August 2023, I engaged Jesus's services to set up an S Corp. Following his advice, I initially created an LLC and was instructed to obtain a new EIN for S Corp taxation. However, he informed me that I could not use the original EIN and had to wait for the new one. Upon receiving the new EIN in October, I began using it as instructed.

Looking back, I realize this was a red flag, as typically, one would use the same EIN when converting to an S Corp. Instead, Jesus created two separate entities: an LLC and a C Corp. While the initial setup was correct, the creation of the C Corp led to significant confusion and issues with the IRS, resulting in a stressful situation. There was absolutely no reason to create a second entity. Someone claiming to know about starting up Businesses should have known that I didn’t need to wait for a second EIN number.

I spent months using the wrong EIN, which forced me to amend my taxes and deal with the IRS to dissolve the incorrect entity (still dealing with this now it’s not as easy as it sounds) As many know, dealing with the IRS can be incredibly frustrating, especially when information varies between agents. When I brought these issues to Jesus’s attention, I did not receive an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake.

Additionally, I needed an extension to file my taxes due to these complications, but instead of being offered this service at no charge—given that the issue stemmed from his guidance—Jesus wanted to charge me for it. I believe it would have been reasonable to request this favor from the team he referred me to, considering the circumstances. Especially because he makes a lot of money by referring us out he gets a commission for every referral he sends out, so it seems to me here that his whole business is more concerned about just his money opposed to really helping people out which is unfortunate because I really thought he was ultimately a good person and trying to help out the low income Community. He makes it seem as if he knows a lot about starting a business is, but I just don’t believe he’s fully qualified To be giving out all that advice.

I have more details to share, but I will keep this brief. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do their due diligence and ensure they work with someone properly qualified. My experience has resulted in significant stress and financial loss, and I will likely be dealing with these issues for years to come. I genuinely wish my experience had mirrored the positive feedback I've read, but unfortunately, it did not. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I strongly suggest anybody that had two different EIN numbers given by Jesus to really look into that matter and call the Irs, and make sure two entities were not created.
