Very poor professionalism from both Fay and Jolene. I would not recommend this business or service. I initially came in to get my taxes done by Fay. I then find out my work was given to her lesser colleague, that I feel put my work on a back burner and did not find my business to be important. It took well over 9 months to simply finish my taxes that they charged $500 a month for. During that period I would call or stop in to ask if they were finished. Wondering if they needed anything from me to speed up the process. I later found out I was charged extra per phone call and visit. I gained no added value to my business from this service, they actually hindered my business. When calmly confronted, Jolene would act dumbfounded. While Fay used emotions to sway her justifications, crying in meetings while making excuses for why they weren't finished. I feel the way they carried themselves was highly unprofessional and manipulative. I felt it was my responsibility to let others know.

Fay and her staff do a great job helping us with our payroll and taxes. They are responsive, thoughtful and stay on top of changes in tax law. Definitely recommend them as a small business owner.

I do not recommend this company. Untrustworthy and breaks agreements. Only out to enlarge their own wallet and pretends to be good people. Take your business elsewhere if you want to work with someone you can trust.
