IAM Seminars can change your life if you apply the principles that are taught. Experiential learning is truly the best way to help break behaviors that no longer serve our higher good as individuals and collectively. It helped shape my mindset tremendously as an adult in my 40s. I took all of the classes and will never be able to say enough good things about Brian & Karen and these techniques. I've had plenty of traditional therapy along the way, but this program allowed me to truly step into my very best life. My life took an amazing turn for the better after attending the first (and subsequent) IAM Seminars workshops. The experential way Brian and Karen teach the different modules ensured that this wasnt just a "getting hyped up" weekend that fizzled days or weeks later. It's been over 10 years of applying so many principles learned. What changed first and the most was my perspective. The immediate changes after IAM Empowered that I experienced made me feel like I'd been hit in the head with the biggest wake up call ever! I've learned to consistently take action and to believe in more than I used to think I was capable of.
