They are AMAZING!! I broke my iPhone and couldn’t get into it. It seemed absolutely DONE!! Cracked, and then submerged into water, etc. ….I thought I was just going to have to get a new phone. However…when I went into T-MOBILE I didn’t know my Apple ID password for a new phone!!!!!! I was devastated! Someone recommended HOWE TECH as a last resort before having to start over “fresh” with a new iPhone (with no Apple ID) . These guys are amazing!! They fixed my phone within an hour (which I didn’t think it was even possible)!! I was able to recover all of my data, keep my phone and not have to get a new one!!

Sammy Carrell at Howe Tech replaced the screen on my cellphone after it imploded recently. He inspected it and ordered parts and a new screen and gave me an estimate. Got a call when the parts came in and he repaired it for me. The final cost was very reasonable and exactly what he quoted. Very friendly personable service and I am very pleased with everything. We had done business with Mission Electronics and were always satisfied with their work and I am happy to say the new owners and Howe Tech are carrying on with that same good quality.

Very nice and helpful! Great, Knowledgeable staff. Needed new battery for iPhone, Howe Tech was able to install it. They also repair cellphones, and other devices, and offer cellphone screen replacement. All jobs done on site. Conveniently located. Nice to have service provided without having to go out of town. If you’re on this site being lazy and wondering if it’s good, you can turn off your phone now and go to Howe tech. You know that it’s the right choice. Honestly, going to Howe tech is a life hack

Brought my daughters phone here to see if it needed a new battery or something else. About 3 hours after leaving the phone there we started getting notifications from my daughter's accounts that she was active, strange since we left the phone dead and not able to charge it. After I picked up the phone my daughter noticed that several of her apps had been opened and active for 5-10 minutes, not her settings but Snapchat, her camera roll, her messages and a few others that have nothing to do with diagnostics at all. On top of that her finger prints had been removed from her settings. We called apple and was informed that it was completely unacceptable that her apps were active and her finger prints were deleted. Not sure what you were doing in her phone like that and I would appreciate an explanation. We will not be coming back here.
