This year’s instructor, James, was very nice and knowledgeable. He cared very much that everyone in class actually learned the material and the “whys” as to certain things in the teaching videos. He was the best BLS instructor that I’ve ever had. Thank you Hopewell.

Excellent training. The best I have ever had. Loved the settings where everyone can practice safely with their own equipment keeping their distance. The instructor was great at explaining and responding our questions. Everyone including the instructor were wearing a mask. The teaching videos were great and quite specific in the things that we need to know to help save lives. I highly recommend this place.

Instructor paul C. Was the best instructor for CPR/AED, A real human being with patients and an awesome humor.
I was scheduled on line at a time that there was no more classes for the day. Mr. Paul C.
Said we will get this done today for you and he stayed after hours with no lunch just to stay true to his word. He told me “ i believe in customer satisfaction and you paid to be here, so i will stay and teach you!
Im so thankful for people like him! It was a great experience for me! When i left that place i was so confident in myself and Ready to save lives!

The class instructor was funny, yet stuck to the point and thorough. The training was quick and not overly congested and affordable. The location in yuba city was easy to find and it was an evening training which worked better for me. I will be renewing my BLS/CPR through them from now on and i recommend them to any of my health care co-workers and friends.
