Working with Amanda was amazing and exactly what I needed for the season I was in. Having her accountability helped me work on things I probably wouldn’t have thought of otherwise. Each call we did started with a breathing exercise; that is something that I now try to remind myself to do more often on my own. After that we would talk about what was going on in my life, where I would like to see growth and improvement, we would come up with a goal for the month, and she kept me accountable to that goal. Amanda checked in with me each week and it was a safe place for me to tell here where I was succeeding, and where I felt like I was failing, especially with my goals we made.
My favorite aspect of the whole experience is Amanda’s love for the Lord and the wisdom that He has given her.
Overall I really enjoyed the times I got to meet with Amanda online, and the times we checked in throughout the weeks. I learned valuable techniques that helped me then, and that will continue to help me for the rest of my life. And now I get to teach these to my kids as well!

I've been coached by Amanda for 8 months, so far, and I am so glad I took the plunge and signed up for a year of coaching.
