Clark Hurst had been our CPA for nearly nine years! He prepares our personal taxes as well as our business and even established an S Corp for us. Clark is very professional, organized and very thorough. We always set an appointment way ahead of the deadline thus allowing plenty time for us to gather any documents or information plus, if we have a tax refund we get it rather quickly. Clark offers an audit protection as well, although we never had to use it.

Our tax records are kept in a volt in addition to a well put together hard copy file. Presenting our taxes during our home purchase was literally a walk in the park, Clark provided the lender with a guest sign in and that was it! No digging in the dusty old boxes, no making endless copies and always missing something...

We moved out of California in 2020 but Clak continues to prepare our taxes, we just finalized our 2020 taxes and it was a phone call, uploading our documents into the volt and docu sign the final documents- it can’t get easier than that! We highly recommend Clark!

-This review is from my personal experience with HDP as a client. -
I first met with Micheal Mariani nearly a year and a half ago. The meeting was good and he told me he will be getting my past 3 years of taxes completed. Cool. I sent him documents after that . After a couple months, he said he'd file extensions because he didn't do any year of taxes yet. Ok. This was the last time I heard from him and anything pertaining to my taxes. Even after numerous emails and voice-mails being polite, i got no response, from anyone.
I requested to have a different CPA. Ok, cool.

Vicky sounded like she'd help more than Mariani. She hasn't. After a few months of asking her to email me so I am able to ask questions or send her files, I get no emails or phone calls. Last time I spoke with her 3 weeks ago from this post she literally told me "I'm sorry, I got so swamped with other files but yours will be put on top as soon as I get back to the office and I'll file the extension. ". Sounds great!
No calls. No emails. I left two voice-mails in the past week and received no responses. I would have taken all my documents but seeing as I work 11 months out the year out of state and in a different time zone, its rather difficult with covid as well.

. I really dont understand how they're still in business. Either theyre really good friends with other clients or people love Moo Creamery and want to eat ice cream while visiting their office. . Anyone else with bad experience needs to write an honest review so no one has to go through this.
We asked your office for services and youre not fulfilling that service and actually costing people money BECAUSE they have to be paying fees to the IRS for unfiled taxes.
