Had an initial meeting to discuss plans we had. After several phone calls and emails being ignored I gave up and took my business elsewhere.

In reponse to the reply;

I do not feel 'so let down' that you didn't charge for a consultation or that you were unwilling to take on the job.

I am let down that you;

1. Said you would forward documents regarding the planning application process, which you didn't.

2. Ignored my attempts to get in touch with you, wasting my time, instead of you being honest and saying you weren't interested in the job for whatever reason.

3. Clearly only replyed now because I gave a negative review which effects you.
