Ever since a new technician has been servicing our property I have seen several rats unfortunately by the dumpsters. Granted, i understand it is a dumpster but the previous technician was able to keep the problem to a minimum to where I never even saw anything while pulling in the gate. I am extremely upset as a customer who has to deal with the laziness and lack of service this company has provided since switching technicians. I do not recommend, as a resident/ part of apartment complex spend your money elsewhere.

I would highly recommend this company I lived in a townhouse and my neighbors were unbelievably dirty so when they moved out there were soo many roaches coming to my house and highlander definitely got rid of them it does take about 3 weeks to stop seeing them but they were gone we just got a house so if I have an issues I will be using this company. I actually just recommend them to a friend. And I have lived in apartments for years and no matter how many time they sprayed they wouldn't go way, but when I moved here I was impressed and relieved.

The staff is rude and not willing to provide good customer service. I waited a whole week for them to come back to my unit again, the first time I was not even aware as my apartments did not even inform me. So we did not have everything cleared out. My kids and I spent hours removing everything from the kitchen cabinets and cleaning them out. I had to drop my dog off at a family member's house just for them to return and tell me because I had my coffee maker on the counter and some things on the fridge that I would have to wait a whole other week just for them to come back. Meanwhile, we have roaches running around. I even recorded the issue and took pictures. We told the guy who came out that we could quickly remove it, I was home at the time, my sixteen-year-old son was home, and my neighbor was there as well. We had just returned home and was on the way out again. It would have taken us 2-3 minutes max. The guy was rude and said no he was not waiting and just hurried and left. He told me that we would have to wait a whole other week with all of our kitchen items and bathroom items just sitting out. He blamed my property manager and when I contacted them they were highly upset and said that was not okay for a vendor they are paying weekly to come out. The only reason why I am dealing with this company is because my apartments hired them. The owner reached out to me on my Yelp review and said that the company has a strict time policy and due to that they could not wait 2-3 mins ( I am stretching the time too because it most likely would have been way less) for us to remove a coffee machine, an old small bowl at the top of the cabinet that we accidentally missed, and two appliances off the fridge. When we had already waited the whole day for them to come out. The guy did not even show up until close to 4:00pm and we were supposed to also be out of our apartment for 6 hours since my son and I both have asthma. Seem to me like he was more in a rush to go home because the first time he came out which was in the morning, he must of spent about 20 mins explaining the different type of roaches to me before he left. Would not recommend them at all!

I would recommend we had roaches hated them they sprayed the whole house and I still see some but most are gone and you might see a lot of dead ones after they finish up but I loved it went smoothly🌸

If I can give them negative 5 stars I would! They have been out ELEVEN times and sprayed for roaches since I've moved to my apartment in July of this year, I have seen NO IMPROVEMENT, they have even sprayed the whole apartment building and STILL NO IMPROVEMENT!! They do not leave a notice on your door when they have finished spraying. I would never recommend this company EVER

I had a pest problem and Highlander came put and did an inspection. Treated my house and I had amazing results. I liked that my wife and I could call the office and talk to knowledgeable people. Katy was great and compassionate and understanding of my concerns. The managers of the the technicians, checked on us and asked if there was anything else they could do and moving foward this is a great company great service. Would never go anywhere else.
