Only gave him 1 star because you can't pick zero. They replaced the siding on my house and sent a guy that had no business doing sIding. I've been trying to get it fixed for 2 years now, only to keep getting the run around I've been given multiple dates he was going to start the repairs and nothing had been done. Eric is not a man of his word and does not stand behind the work his company does. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING!!!! See the pictures, this one wall has over 35 spots that are installed improperly and it's like this all the around my house. The warranty on the product has been voided due to improper installation.

On Jan 3 2022 our house was hit by a tornado. Herring had been called by someone in the neighborhood to have their roof looked at to ensure there was no damage. When Herring saw the damage to my house and several others, they offered to help by tarping up our house. They were very clear that they wanted to help and that they wouldn't charge us to tarp up our house even if we chose not to have Herring do the repairs. We ended up choosing Herring to do our repairs, they made the process easy even though I'm sure I wasnt always the easiest to work with. They went above and beyond with all of the work they did and made our house look even better than it did before the damage. All the repairs looked great, and any concerns we did have were taken care of.

As young homeowners we were concerned about being taken advantage of. As we worked with Herring we were quickly put at ease. The owner and all of the employees were very honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Herring to anyone needing roofing, siding, or gutter services.

Herring Residential did an amazing job with some repairs of my roof. We had some minor issues which needed to be repaired in preparation for the sale of our house. Through scheduling issues caused by bad weather, Eric and his team went out of their way to get the repairs done in a timely manner to avoid affecting the sale of our house. Additionally, his roofers went above and beyond in the care and detail they used in the repairs and touched up some areas of the roof which needed some attention. Amazing company. Absolutely fantastic job! Ricky and the team were exceptionally easy to work with. The work was precise, flexible, friendly, and affordable. The crew also did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the job. I had both the roof and gutters replaced and could not be happier with the appearance. I highly recommend!

The Herring Team did a great job on my architectural shingle roof. The sales guy was very detailed with the type, cost, color and the roof replacement process. They gave me a date/time, staff arrived on-time ready to work. The job was completed in one day, even with a TStorm mid-day. I would recommend Herring for any roof replacement. 👍🏼
