Julie Short did not go through with the original probate process she told us about. It cost alot and was not completed properly. We had to hire another lawyer to get the deed correct on our home.

LOOK NO FURTHER IF IN NEED OF GOOD LEGAL ADVICE!!!

I am a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney by the Florida Bar Association and past president of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA.org). My law practice is 50% Medicaid planning for nursing home care in Florida. It is one thing to be an attorney advising clients, it is a totally different experience being a client getting advised on the things that I do in my law practice every day.

Both of my parents went into a nursing home at the same time in Wisconsin, one with Lewy Body dementia and another with Parkinson's. I hired Brenda Haskins and Eric Deml to assist and advise me on Medicaid Planning for my parents in Wisconsin and related estate planning issues. This was a very complex planning case with both parents requiring assistance at the same time during the Covid-19 pandemic and the landscape of the case seemed to change almost daily, which was frustrating.

Eric and Brenda were always quick to respond to questions, were patient, gave sage advice, and were genuinely caring people interested in their clients and charged a very reasonable fee for their services.

I recommend Brenda Haskins and Eric Deml without hesitation!
