Called for an easement revoke. Whoever is answering the phone is very rude and very unprofessional. I was disconnected 4 times before I asked not to be put on hold because I was being disconnected. She asked what I was calling about and I told her about an easement revoke. She then asked for details When I described how the road ran before I could finish she interrupted and asked me a question I didn't have the answer to. I asked for an appointment with the lawyer who my family has used since my father and mother started using a lawyer. Over many years There was other rude comments made by this woman but and refusing to let me make an appointment and trying to act as a lawyer herself is absurd.

Lynn the receptionist/office staff was very rude when I called. I tried to explain to her that I was the POA for someone and had noticed through some paperwork I had found that Dale Hamby seemed to be the attorney for this certain person. I told her I could bring a copy of the POA to them. She rudely told me the office would not review anyone else's work (not what I was asking them to do). I did not want them to review the POA but just offering them a copy to prove I can legally discuss any legal matters of said person. She also said she did not know me and would not answer any information over the phone. (again, was not asking to be given info over the phone) was just telling her what information I was wanting. Thought she would want to know why I would like to meet with Mr. Hamby. I was wanting to make an appt to discuss any legal obligations that I may need to address by being POA for a client of theirs who is hospitalized. If Lynn would have been quite long enough for me to finish a sentence without interrupting she may have understood what I was needing and been able to help. I finally told her I would call back later. Hope someone else with a better personality will answer the phone next time.
