I highly recommend Hal Owens & Associates. I used them to do perc testing on two separate properties. Work was done in very timely manner and reports were quickly sent after work was done. Very professional and courteous group of people. They made sure they understood my needs and kept me informed about the progress along the way; office and field staff were all great! Thank you.

I would recommend Mr. Owen. He was recommended to me by a good friend who was happy with his work. So I hired him to look over some land and his work helped me find the right spot to place a house. After about a year he signed off on some survey drawings connected with the work he had done. I found he ... and his whole staff ... friendly and professional.

Would not recommend. Perked my land without consent. When confronted about it he proceeded to use profanity toward me and hung up. When I called back to try and work out the situation, he hung up again. Very unprofessional.
