Zayd and Eric, truthfully the whole team as well really helped us out. We purchased a beautiful 2022 Toyota Sienna from the lot, just 24 hours after moving internationally. From the moment we arrived at the dealership they worked with us to make sure we got into a vehicle that was right for our family.
Staff was so friendly with our two young kids which made taking them along for the process stress free.

I’m grateful that we found them and our van, the honesty and integrity of this team is truly refreshing! I couldn’t recommend Griffin Toyota enough!

Amazing experience as an out of state(South Carolina) buyer. Lucas was great to work with the whole time from reserving the car to picking it up. He updated me and answered all my questions along the way.

Eric was great in finance, was really quick and he handled all the SC state paperwork to transfer tags, etc.

My car-buying experience at Griffin was fantastic.

I called Cameron about an allocated vehicle and was able to agree on a price over the phone. Unlike many other dealers, Griffin didn't try to add markup or insist that I include certain add-ons.

Cameron gave me a date when the vehicle was expected and kept me updated until it arrived, which was exactly as promised.

When it was time to take delivery, he picked me up at the nearby Enterprise so that I could drop off a rental.

I planned to spend a couple of hours negotiating and signing paperwork, but that process was stress-free thanks to Eric in the finance office.

I'd gladly purchase another Toyota from Griffin again.

By far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from Wilmington NC to purchase from the Griffin dealership after easily working out a deal on a new Grand Highlander remotely with Raul. Raul not only answered all of my questions and gave me a fair deal but he didn’t do heavy sales pressure like the other dealerships I contacted. He kept me up to date on my vehicles arrival. We were in and out quickly to sign papers and then Raul showed us all the features of the car. We are very happy with our purchase!

Spent $1700, on new brakes all a round, and new tire sensors. Didn’t put dust caps back on value stems. Had to buy new ones. Replaced cabin filter, didn’t put cover back on. Opened glove box, it would not close back. My husband had to remove the glove box and put the cabin filter cover back on and put glove box back in. Purchased a new driver side seat shield, they didn’t bother to put the clip through the hole on the seat. Also bought a life time battery and they didn’t even bother to clean off the bar that holds the battery in place. They didn’t even put a sticker in window for next oil change. I was very disappointed in their service.

Probably the worst and racist dealership ever. Took my car there, they diagnosed and charge me $800 to fix. Same problem popped up after a couple of weeks. Went there and had to wait a whole day for the same problem to be diagnosed again. I saw others just come in and go. They called me to purchase a totally different part for the same problem. Never ever will I go to these guys again!
